At Modi Beaphar, we're dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly and efficiently. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery on modibeaphar.com.

General Information

We've partnered with Shiprocket to manage all of our logistics, including both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All shipments are processed through our trusted partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and shipped on the same day. Please note this excludes Sundays and public holidays.
Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can monitor its status every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or general logistics delays.

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

Good news! All shipping costs are covered by Modi Beaphar. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order only before it has been shipped. Once a tracking link has been generated, we cannot process a cancellation request. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products.

We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered and received in good condition.
If your package arrives tampered with, damaged, or incorrect, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10-12 business days.

Undelivered Packages

For orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be canceled. Please be aware that for COD orders, no refund will be provided in these cases.
