If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.  By accessing or using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by the terms of use and you also accept and agree to be bound by our policies (including but not limited to privacy policy) as amended from time to time and available on the web site. About Us

www.modibeaphar.com is a site operated by Modi-Beaphar Private Limited (“we”). Modi-Beaphar is a 50:50 Joint Venture Company between Umesh Modi Group, Modinagar, India and ‘Beaphar’ of Netherlands.  The Joint venture Company ‘Modi-Beaphar’ with Head Quarters in New Delhi at 1311, Modi Tower, 98 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019, India, will manufacture, distribute, import market and sell companion pet healthcare products and veterinary medicines in India, Nepal and Bhutan.

COMPETENCY/ELIGIBILITY:

Use of the website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the website. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not be able to register yourself as a user of the Platform and shall not transact on or use the website. As a minor, if you wish to use or transact on website, such use or transaction may be made by your legal guardian or parents who shall be registered on the Platform. Modi-Beaphar reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the website, If it is brought to Modi-Beaphar notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years and/or are incompetent to contract as provided under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Your Registration and Registration Obligations: 

If you use the website, you shall solely be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name / username and password, used for logging in into your account on the website and you shall solely be responsible for all activities that shall take place under your display name / username and password. We shall not assume and held liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for any of the activities done using your account. You agree that if you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to your account and refuse to provide you access to your account.
